Hallowe'en comes early!
We are creating armor, medieval style clothes and accessories during many years and provide
them at ebay. Main problem of ebay trading for craftsmen is we can't provide new (custom designed)
items at ebay as it's prohibited. This is why we desided to start LJ blog to discuss new ideas
and provide new items. You are welcome to ArmStreet LJ!

I had gotten a good deal a while back on some tiered stretch velvet skirts (both black and brown) with sequin trim, so I snagged a whole bunch. Now that my friends and local fellow plus sized dancers have had their pick, I’m selling the rest on eBay. I posted them all with “Buy It Now” prices…or make an offer instead! All reasonable offers considered!

I currently have a bunch of nifty costume/faire pieces posted on eBay including the boiled wool cloak pictured above, a great pair of plum suede pirate boots, a ton of new plus sized peasant and belly dance skirts, a few hats, a linen shirt, a brocade bodice, and feast gear. I do combine ship to save on postage and will ship internationally. Everything also has Buy-It-Now prices for those of you who hate to wait.

Does anyone know the secret for dyeing linnen black? I've done two full Ritt dyes and achieved a nice shade of sunbleached charcoal.
I am attempting to recreate this
garb, specificly the garb on the fellow in front facing away from us. However, I cannot find information on his pants style. The pants appear to be more fitted than normal venitians, but I've only found one brief mention of fitted pants in the 1500's outside of Germany, and there was no discussion of how they were constructed. Any thoughts? Sources? I'd like to have more information before I cut into my linen.
I've totally revamped my site and added tons more jewelry to it! Check it out by clicking the link below.
